I swear this is the last Cooper picture for a while. I just couldn’t resist, he’s so friggin adorable.

Snake in Leaves
I found this little guy on a hike last spring. For a snake, he was remarkably well behaved, allowing me to photograph him for several minutes, and when I was finished, even allowing me to pet him.
I’m sure I’ll never again run into a snake, or anything else that tame again.
